The Guest Experience

  • Complete the simple questionnaire at Be a Guest.

  • You can expect to hear back from us within 5 business days.

  • Prior to a podcast recording, we will book a ~20 minute discussion to confirm we are a good fit.

    At the end of the discussion we will finalize the podcast recording date. Expect it to be within a month after the 20 minute discussion.

  • We enjoy a free flowing conversation so the only preparation required is to consider the pre-interview discussion and build on areas that you feel are important to discuss.

    Also, consider any photos, websites and/or pre and post interview mentions you would like to use.

  • On the day of the interview at around one-half hour prior to your interview, you will receive a link to join.

    Join the link and enjoy a casual and meaningful conversation.

  • Ten Days Prior to the Podcast

    Receive and review the edited version and provide feedback via email.

    One Week Prior to the Podcast

    Approve the final edit.

  • Five Days Prior to the Podcast: Provide final website photos, comments and marketing links.
